I wrote to every New Jersey Assemblymen and Senators.  I have uploaded both my original e-mail and Senator Jim Whelan’s position on repudiating NJ’s unconstitutional debt.  We have a lot of work to convince our legislators that repudiating unconstitutional bonds will not hurt the bond rating for constitutional bonds.

   Assemblymen Vince Polistina and Matthew Milam are to be commended for voting against the Paid Family Leave Act.  These Assemblymen understand that New Jersey’s business climate continues to suffer.  Although the bill passed, we thank Assemblymen Polistina and Milam for making a tough stand.   The bill passed because of Assemblymen like Albano and Amodeo.  [...]
